Green Light Architecture teamed up with Urban Bloc to design and build 'The Yard' for the San Francisco Giants. Located next to McCovey Cove and Oracle Park, the repurposed shipping container 'village' consists of a food court, beer garden, boutique store, The North Face shop, bleacher area, and community space.
GLA used a large, metropolitan city block as the inspiration for this retail park's overall design. Each store front has a unique style to characterize an independent structure.
IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY COMMUNITY LIFE CENTER
GLA has completed several projects for the Oakland Catholic Diocese including this 12,000 community center. Spaces for this project include a large auditorium, a library, a full commercial kitchen, and administrative offices. A proposed center is in the works for St. Ignatius of Antioch.
Situated at the Vasco Plaza in Livermore, this child care center includes classrooms with age appropriate restrooms, play areas, faculty offices, and food preparation room.
STRAW HAT PIZZA
A full shell and tenant improvement project of a well known restaurant franchise in the heart of Brentwood's shopping district.
GLA designed this 5,600 sq. ft. retail shell building to match the motiff of the existing shopping center.
This 5,000 sq. ft. wine tasting facility sits on a 20 acre vineyard producing the grapes to produce high quality wines.
